S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta Asociația Cetașii Urmași ai celor 11 moșneni din obște.

La apelul nominal lipsesc părțile, petenta Asociația Cetașii Urmași ai celor 11 moșneni din obște, precum și intimatele Comisia locală de fond funciar Cireșu și Comisia județeană de fond funciar Mehedinți.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
