S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Primarul comunei Scorteni.

La apelul nominal lipsesc părțile, petentul Primarul comunei Scorteni, precum și intimații Ș.D., B.V.G., B.G. și A.B.I.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la 7 noiembrie 2012.
