S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta F.C. S.A. Barcelona - Sucursala București.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta F.C. SA Barcelona - Sucursala București prin avocat M.A., lipsind intimații T.I.C. și T.I.I.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.
