S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta Direcția Generală de Poliție a municipiului București.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta Direcția Generală de Poliție a municipiului București prin consilier juridic C.A.L., lipsind intimații Inspectoratul de Poliție al Municipiului București - Brigada de poliției rutieră și P.D.E.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.
