Se ia în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta C.E.

La apelul nominal au lipsit: petenta și intimații I.I. și S.V.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de L.V., procuror la Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, potrivit ECRIS - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, următorul termen acordat în dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere este la data de 5 martie 2013.
