S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții O.C. și O.Cr.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenții și intimatul Municipiul Craiova prin Primar.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de L.V., procuror la Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, potrivit ECRIS - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, următorul termen acordat în dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere este la data de 13 martie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare pentru argumentele prezentate verbal.
