S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC L.A.A. SRL.

La apelul nominal au lipsit: petenta și intimatele SC S. SA, SC P.A.A. SRL, SC E.A.A. SRL și SC M.A.A. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de L.V., procuror la Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, potrivit ECRIS - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere a fost soluționat la data de 17 decembrie 2012.
