S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții L.M. și V.M.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții și intimații S.C.C. și M.T.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 4235/104/2012 al Tribunalului Olt, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 21 noiembrie 2012. Intimatul S.C.C. a depus întâmpinare la data de 4 februarie 2013 prin care a solicitat respingerea cererii de strămutare.
