S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul D.C.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul personaj lipsă fiind intimații P.G., D.N., D.M., R.C. și V.S.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 7058/281/2008 al Curții de Apel Ploiești, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 10 decembrie 2012.
