S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC B.A. Transport Aerian SA.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta SC B.A. Transport Aerian SA și intimata T.F.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 2430/94/2012 al Tribunalului Ilfov, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 17 aprilie 2013.
