S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta C.E.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta C.E. și intimații Casa Județeană de Pensii Satu Mare și Statul Român prin Ministerul Finanțelor Publice.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 6972/83/2011 al Tribunalului Satu Mare, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 14 februarie 2013.
