S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentii G.G. ș.a.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimata SA RIG S. Constanța prin consilier juridic G.S., lipsind petenții și intimatul Sindicatul Platformelor Marine.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 10552/118/2011 al Curții de Apel Constanța, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 21 ianuarie 2013.
