S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta M.G.

La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petenta personal, lipsă fiind intimații SC P.C.SRL și executor judecătoresc C.M.B.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost suspendat la 27 noiembrie 2012.

Petenta solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expune și oral. Depune înscrisuri.
