S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC V.R. SRL.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta și intimata SC I. ZDC SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la 21 decembrie 2012.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
