S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta B.D.O.M.O.A.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta B.D.O.M.O.A., personal, lipsind intimații M.M., M.l.B., M.A.R. și Comisia Județeană pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate asupra terenurilor Tulcea.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.
