S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC T.T. SRL.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta SC T.T. SRL, prin avocat T.C. și avocat B.P., lipsind intimatul Primarul comunei Cogealac.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.
