S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC U.T.H. SA, prin Sucursala Transilvania Cluj.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta SC U.T.H. SA și intimații B.T.Ș.A., B.A.l., B.F.C., B.A.I., B. (B.) C., Primarul municipiului Cluj-Napoca și Municipiul Cluj-Napoca.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.D.
