S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC R.G. SRL Bacău.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta SC R.G. SRL Bacău și intimata S.C. C. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 149/32/2012 al Curții de Apel Bacău, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 17 aprilie 2012.
