S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții T.E., C.S.A. și H.I.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții T.E., C.S.A. și H.I. și intimații Primarul municipiului Drobeta-Turnu Severin.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 7900/101/2011 al Tribunalului Mehedinți, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 12 aprilie 2012.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
