The High Court of Cassation and Justice dismissed the petition for the transfer of a civil case, ruling that the request had become moot. The dispute concerned a request to relocate civil proceedings from the Oradea Court of Appeal to another jurisdiction. The decisive legal basis was that the subject-matter case had already been decided on March 13, 2013, rendering the transfer application without object under procedural law. Consequently, the court ordered the dismissal of the petition, which is final and not subject to appeal.
