Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidentă informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 13 mai 2013.

Petenții, având pe rând cuvântul, solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expun și oral.
