Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidentă informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare are termen de judecată la data de 20 mai 2013.

Petentul solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare, astfel cum a fost formulată.

Având cuvântul, intimata B.E. depune înscrisuri în combaterea cererii de strămutare și solicită respingerea acesteia, conform concluziilor orale formulate.

Mandatar B.C. depune la dosar procura ce îi conferă dreptul de reprezentare a intimatului T.G. și note scrise privind respingerea cererii de strămutare.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
