Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost soluționat la data de 2 aprilie 2013.

Se mai referă că, deși petenții au fost citați cu mențiunea semnării și timbrării cererii de strămutare, nu au îndeplinit obligația legală de achitare a taxei judiciare de timbru în cuantum de 4 RON și a depunerii timbrului judiciar în valoare de 0,3 RON.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de anulare a cererii de strămutare, ca netimbrată.
