Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 16 aprilie 2013.

Se mai referă și că, prin serviciul registratură s-a depus la data de 22 martie 2013 întâmpinare, de către intimata Casa județeană de Pensii Satu Mare.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare formulată de petenta, pentru motivele expuse verbal.
