Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are fixat termen la data de 15 mai 2013.

Se mai referă și că, prin serviciul registratură al instanței s-a depus taxa judiciară de timbru și timbrul judiciar aferent și s-a solicitat de către petenta, judecata în lipsă.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare, pentru motivele expuse verbal.
