Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 26 februarie 2013.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare formulate de petentul R.V., ca rămasă fără obiect.

Constatând că dosarul a cărui soluționare se solicită a fost soluționat;
