Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, potrivit ECRIS, sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, Dosarul nr. 686/94/2005 al Judecătoriei Buftea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la 22 aprilie 2013.

Având cuvântul cu privire la cererea de strămutare, petenta solicită admiterea cererii, susținând oral motivele de bănuială legitimă expuse în scris.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca neîntemeiată.
