Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, potrivit ECRIS, sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, Dosarul nr. 1285/267/2012 al Tribunalului Gorj, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la 08 februarie 2013.

Având cuvântul cu privire la cererea de strămutare, reprezentantul Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca fiind rămasă fără obiect.
