Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere are termen de judecată la 18 aprilie 2013. Se mai referă că intimații A.A. și A.E. au depus concluzii scrise, înregistrate la 11 februarie 2013.

Petenta A.A.A. solicită admiterea cererii, conform motivelor formulate în scris și prezentate verbal și depune la dosarul cauzei copiile unor înscrisuri, respectiv încheierea din 2 martie 2010 și sentința nr. 1180 din 9 martie 2010, ambele pronunțate de Judecătoria Piatra Neamț, în Dosarul nr. 507/279/2009.

Procurorul pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare.
