Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la 8 februarie 2013. Se mai referă că petentul S.I. a depus concluzii scrise, însoțite de înscrisuri, înregistrate la 13 martie 2013.
