Se referă de către magistratul asistent că la data de 8 martie 2013, petenții au depus la dosar „dezvoltarea motivelor de strămutare" și un set de înscrisuri și că intimatul, prin apărător, a formulat întâmpinare, prin care a solicitat respingerea cererii de strămutare. Potrivit ECRIS - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, următorul termen acordat în dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere este la data de 10 aprilie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare pentru argumentele prezentate verbal.
