Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, la data de 11 martie 2013, avocat P.A.M., pentru intimată a depus la dosar note scrise și împuternicire avocațială, iar la 12 martie 2013 petentul a depus taxa judiciară de timbru și timbru judiciar. Potrivit ECRIS - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere a fost soluționat la data de 5 martie 2013.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă rară obiect.
