Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, potrivit ECRIS - sistemul național de gestiune informatică a dosarelor, următorul termen acordat în dosarul a cărui strămutare se cere este la data de 20 martie 2013.

Petentul P.E. solicită admiterea cererii, susținând motivele scrise. Depune concluzii scrise.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public pune concluzii de respingere a cererii de strămutare pentru argumentele prezentate verbal.
