S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul P.C.N.

La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petentul reprezentant de mandatar M.Ș., lipsă fiind intimații Consiliul Județean Prahova și Spitalul Județean Prahova.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 5 martie 2013.

Mandatarul petentului solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
