S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta M.M.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta și intimații C.C., Oficiul de Cadastru și Publicitate Imobiliară, Ministerul Dezvoltării Regionale și Turismului, Statul Român prin Ministerul Finanțelor Publice, G.G., T.V., S.N., T.T. și Ministerul Administrației și Internelor.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la 23 ianuarie 2013.
