S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta D.A.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta și intimatele Comisia Județeană pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate privată asupra terenurilor Bistrița-Năsăud și Comisia Locală pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate privată asupra terenurilor Budacu de Jos.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se are termen la 28 februarie 2013.
