S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC R. SA.

La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petenta reprezentată de avocat C.C., lipsă fiind intimatul C.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul-asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 11 aprilie 2013.

Reprezentantul petentei solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expune și oral.

Reprezentanta Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
