S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții S.A., G.A., C.M. și H.H.R.

La apelul nominal lipsesc părțile, petenții S.A., G.A., C.M. și H.H.R., precum și intimatul Primarul municipiului Iași.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
