S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Comisariatul General al Gărzii Financiare, prin Garda Financiară, secția județeană Vâlcea.

La apelul nominal lipsesc părțile, petentul Comisariatul General al Gărzii Financiare, prin Garda Financiară, secția județeană Vâlcea, precum și intimatul I.I.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la 25 octombrie 2012.
