S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta M.M.

La apelul nominal au lipsit părțile, petenta M.M. și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Teleorman.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
