S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta P.M.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta P.M. și intimata Casa Județeană de Pensii Satu Mare.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 6976/83/2011 al Curții de Apel Oradea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 5 februarie 2013.
