S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta Comisia locală de aplicare a legilor fondului funciar Desa - județul Dolj.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimații A.A.E., Primăria comunei Desa - Comisia pentru aplicarea Legii nr. 18/1991, Prefectura județului Dolj - Comisia pentru aplicarea Legii nr. 18/1991 și Direcția Silvică Dolj.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat.
