S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta L.M.

La apelul nominal nu au răspuns petenta L.M. și intimații G.E.V., G.G.R., G.M.E., J.I. și Consiliul local Zalău.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror D.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 7 noiembrie 2012.

Referă, de asemenea, că petenta a depus la dosar, la data de 12 octombrie 2012, dovada achitării taxei judiciare de timbru în cuantum de 4 RON și timbru judiciar în valoare de 0,30 RON.
