S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.M.

La apelul nominal nu au răspuns petentul B.M. și intimata Circumscripția Electorală Drobeta-Turnu Severin - Consiliul Local al Municipiului Drobeta-Turnu Severin.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror D.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 25 septembrie 2012.
