S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentele D.F. și D.I.L.

La apelul nominal nu au răspuns petentele D.F., D.I.L. și intimații D.G.F.P. a județului Bihor, Statul Român prin M.F.P. și Ministerul Public - Parchetul de pe lângă Curtea de Apel Oradea.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror D.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, judecata dosarului a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost suspendată la data de 20 septembrie 2012.

Mai referă că s-au depus la dosar, la data de 24 septembrie 2012, concluzii scrise formulate de petenta D.I.L.
