S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta R.M.

La apelul nominal nu au răspuns petenta R.M. și intimata C.J.P. Satu Mare.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror D.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită a fost soluționat la data de 7 noiembrie 2012.

Mai referă că s-au depus la dosar, la data de 30 octombrie 2012, întâmpinarea formulată de intimata C.J.P. Satu Mare, și, la data de 12 noiembrie 2012, concluziile scrise formulate de petenta R.M., cărora le-a atașat un set de înscrisuri.
