S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Ș.M.

La apelul nominal a răspuns petentul Ș.M., lipsă fiind intimatul M.Ș.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror D.L.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen stabilit pentru data de 26 noiembrie 2012.

Petentul solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare, pentru motivele invocate în cuprinsul acesteia.
