S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții V.I., V.M.

La apelul nominal se constată lipsa părților: petenții V.I., V.M. și intimații P.I., P.M., B.I., B.E., T.E.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință V.L.

Cererea de strămutare este timbrată corespunzător.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
