S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta B.D.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta B.D., lipsă fiind intimații C.J.P. Satu Mare, Statul Român prin M.F.P.

Cererea de strămutare este timbrată corespunzător.
