S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul Cabinet de Avocat L.S.D.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimatul C.D.V.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință V.L.

Cererea de strămutare este timbrată corespunzător.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor E., dosarul de fond, a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, are termen la data de 22 noiembrie 2012.
